Submission Procedures and Deadlines
Note: the (hard) deadline for the submission of final manuscripts is July 10, 2004, 10 PM (CST). Please send your manuscript in PDF format to mobasher @ cs . depaul . edu. When generating your PDF file, please make sure that all fonts used in the paper are properly included.
In order for your final manuscript to be included in the proceedings, the
following conditions must be satisfied:
- Your paper must be presented at the workshop by one of the authors.
- Your paper must be in the proper format as described below.
- Your paper must be received by the final submission deadline.
Format and Layout
The following are general format guidlines for camera-ready papers. For detailed and specific requirements please see Instructions for Preparing your Final Manuscript.
- Maximum Length: 12 pages. Please contact the Co-chairs if you need extra pages.
- Paper Size: Letter (8.5" by 11" or 21.6 by 27.9 cm). Note: A4 electronic size will not be accepted.
- Font: Times New Roman (for font size requirements see the detailed instructions).
- Line Spacing: Single spaced.
- Columns: Single column.
- Margins: 1 inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
- Justification: Full.
- Headers and Footers: None.
- Page Numbering: None.
